Al-jon has been Supplying the Scrap, Auto Dismantling and Solid Waste Industries since 1963.
Many Al-jon products have come about by having close communication with our customers. This practice has been in place since Jon Keen (pictured bottom left) founded the company with chief engineer and principal designer Allen Sharp (pictured top left) over 41 years ago. "Al-jon has been able to strengthen our customer base from the Scrap and Solid Waste industries by listening to our customers." says Jon.
By the time Kendig, Jon's son, joined Al-jon in 1984, the company produced the #20 Car Crusher, the 550 Shear Baler, the 400 Log Baler, a 1100 Hydrostatic Loader, a wheel crusher, tire processing equipment and large
stationary shears.
Over the years, Al-jon has focused on our core products including portable scrap processing equipment and solid waste compactors. At Al-jon, it is important to us that we design, build and service our own equipment and we do it all right here in the United States.
