STANDARD WARRANTY

  1. The manufacturer warrants new products manufactured by it to be free of defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment from the point of manufacture. THE FOREGOING IS THE SOLE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSED HEREIN.
    Warranty Period 1 Year
    Or 2000 hrs.
    Whichever Occurs First
  2. The manufacturer will repair or replace without charge for parts, or labor, any part of its new product that fails to conform to this warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery of such new products to the first user. Any replaced part must be returned to the manufacturer’s factory; transportation charges prepaid.
  3. No warranty of any kind is made or shall be imposed upon the manufacturer or the company with respect to:
    1. New products which, in the company’s opinion, have been subject to operation in excess of recommended capacities, misuse, negligence or accident or have been operated in any manner not authorized by the company.
  4. The company’s liability, whether in contract or in tort, arising out of warranties or representations, instructions, or defects from any cause, shall be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of parts and labor under the conditions as aforesaid.

NOTE: An extended engine warranty has been purchased from your engine dealer direct for the warranty period of five year or 10,000 hours, whichever occurs first.
